Mathieu Darche scored with 19.6 seconds left in overtime to lift the Tampa Bay Lightning to a 4-3 preseason victory over the Dallas Stars on Wednesday night. Brad Richards, who had three assists, set up the winner. Tampa Bay took a 3-2 lead when Kyle Wanvig scored on a third-period penalty shot. Dallas’ Loui Eriksson tied it with a power-play goal with 1:01 left in regulation.
