The NFL is ready to get back to what the fans want to see the most; players working to get better for September. On Monday, that work started for the Dallas Cowboys. Phase 1 of off-season workouts consists of a two-week strength and conditioning focus only for four hours a day. Physical rehabilitation for players who are returning from injury is also included in this classification. Strength and conditioning coaches are the only coaches allowed on the field, no coordinators or position coaches need show up.
