Cleveland Browns tight end Kellen Winslow didn’t practice Wednesday because of a partially dislocated left shoulder, an injury sustained during the fourth quarter of last Sunday’s loss in Oakland. Browns coach Romeo Crennel referred to Winslow’s injury as a “mild subluxation,” or separation. Crennel was asked by a confused reporter if he meant that Winslow had separated his shoulder.
