Bears LB Briggs pleads guilty

Chicago Bears linebacker Lance Briggs leaves the Circuit court of Cook county Thursday, Oct. 4, 2007 in Skokie, Ill. Briggs pleaded guilty Thursday to leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident and will be under court supervision for a year and must pay $485 in fines.

Briggs pleaded guilty Thursday to leaving the scene of a property damage accident, a misdemeanor, and failure to report an accident, which is punishable by a fine.
