COLUMBUS, Ohio — Geno Auriemma doesn’t really need another life lesson about losing. He doesn’t do it a lot. Just twice in the past 148 games. But now, his team has done it in two straight years in the semifinals of the NCAA tournament — a place that many teams would be happy to get to. But this is UConn and Auriemma hasn’t gone consecutive years without a title since 2012. “Sometimes you have to be exposed to this and fail when it’s all on you,â€� he said after UConn’s 91-89 loss in overtime on Friday. “It’s a great learning tool.
