TORONTO — The Yankees are dropping like flies. Their already depleted outfield took another shot on Saturday, when Billy McKinney — playing in just his second game in the majors — was forced to leave after crashing into the left field wall trying to make a catch against the Blue Jays in the bottom of the first. He was diagnosed with a left AC sprain. X-rays were negative. Then in the bottom of the sixth, Adam Warren was pulled after being drilled in the lower right leg on a comebacker by Aledymas Diaz.
