London Perrantes is Virginia’s lone senior and unquestioned team leader, but there’s very little rah-rah in his style. Perrantes scored 18 points and Wilkins added 13 points, 11 rebounds and five blocks Monday night as the Cavaliers beat short-handed No. 4 Louisville 71-55.
