NC State’s Smith will leave Wolfpack, enter draft

NC State Wolfpack sophomore Terquavion Smith, a projected first-round selection, will declare for the 2023 NBA draft, telling ESPN on Tuesday that “this is the right decision for me to take care of my family.”
