Rick Pitino and Louisville received a ruling from the Committee on Infractions Thursday. Only the NCAA could announce a decision that leaves more questions than answers. In announcing sanctions stemming from the Louisville basketball infractions case, the NCAA’s committee on infractions stated that the Cardinals will have to vacate victories in which players competed while ineligible from Dec. 2010 to July 2014.
