It was the second game for Portland without Nurkic, who galvanized the team after coming over in a trade from Denver at the deadline.

Harden scored 51 points and added 13 rebounds and 13 assists to lead the Rockets to a 123-118 victory over Joel Embiid and Philadelphia on Friday night. ”He played about as good as you can play,” Houston coach Mike D’Antoni said.
