James Harden was Houston’s fourth-leading scorer on Sunday against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Lou Williams scored 31 points off the bench, Harden finished with 22 points and 12 assists, and the Rockets never trailed while cruising to a 137-125 victory. Russell Westbrook had 39 points, 13 assists and 11 rebounds for his second straight triple-double and 36th this season, but Harden led the Rockets to a 25-point bulge through three quarters in the matchup between top MVP candidates.

Even Russell Westbrook was impressed with the passing by Oklahoma City’s big men. Westbrook flirted with another triple-double and Steven Adams led a dominant effort in the paint, helping the Thunder pull away from the Chicago Bulls for an easy 109-94 victory Monday night. Westbrook had 21 points, 14 assists and nine rebounds, falling just short of his 18th triple-double of the season.
