Bulls restricted free agent Lauri Markkanen is headed to the Cavs as part of a four-year, $67 million sign-and-trade agreement, sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. The trade is part of a larger, three-team swap that sends Larry Nance Jr. to Portland.
