Robert Williams III will undergo season-ending surgery on his right knee. Williams is expected to be fully recovered for the start of the 24-25 season.
Williams suffered damage to his kneecap and ligaments in Sunday’s game.
The Portland Trail Blazers acquired Williams from the Boston Celtics as part of the Jrue Holiday trade. Williams was expected to be a trade target leading to the 2024 trade deadline.
