Raptors Asked Clippers For Terance Mann At Minimum For Fred VanVleet

The Los Angeles Clippers had interest in acquiring Fred VanVleet at the deadline, but the Toronto Raptors required the inclusion of Terance Mann and possibly additional pick compensation.

VanVleet is on an expiring contract after turning down a four-year, $114 million extension from the Raptors, which was the most they can offer him under the cap. VanVleet can sign for more money in the offseason. Toronto could re-sign VanVleet or potentially participate in a sign-and-trade.

The Chicago Bulls have agreed to sign an Exhibit 10 contract with Josh Primo. Primo is represented by agents Todd Ramasar and Mike Simonetta.

Primo spent last season with the LA Clippers where he appeared in two games. Primo also appeared in 30 G League games, averaging 16.7 points, 3.9 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 30.7 minutes.

The San Antonio Spurs drafted Primo in 2021 out of Alabama and terminated his contract in 2022.
