Oklahoma City Thunder swingman Paul George underwent an arthroscopic procedure on his left knee on Wednesday and will be sidelined for six to eight weeks, according to The Undefeated’s Marc J. Spears. George looked sharp during his first year with the Thunder, appearing in 79 regular-season games
