When Kawhi Leonard reach an agreement on a contract extension with the LA Clippers, many assumed an extension for Paul George wouldn’t be far behind. That hasn’t happened yet, but George confirmed he still hopes to get a deal signed.
“That’s the goal,” George said when asked if he hoped to sign an extension soon.
When pressed if there were any updates on extension talks, George repeated, “That’s the goal.”
