Pascal Siakam Prefers To Play Out Contract TO Become Free Agent If Not Offered Max ExtensionPascal Siakam Prefers To Play Out Contract TO Become Free Agent If Not Offered Max Extension

Pascal Siakam prefers to play out the season and become a free agent should he not agree to a max contract extension with the Toronto Raptors, sources told Marc Stein of Substack.

The Raptors can offer Siakam a four-year, $190 max extension through June 30.

The Mavs have registered interest in Siakam, though Stein adds that it is overstated.

The Pistons and Grizzlies could also emerge as trade candidates for Siakam.
