Victor Wembanyama is aware NBA teams are positioning themselves to select him at the 2023 NBA Draft. Wembanyama even humorously noted that he hasn’t spent a lot of time watching the teams positioning for the best draft lottery spots.

“Let’s just say I’ve been following along, but it’s easier to watch teams at the top of the standings,” Wembanyama said. “It’s a little hard to look down.”

“There is no wrong team,” Wembanyama said. “I am not worried; there is no bad organization. I never tell myself I don’t like to go there.”
