The Washington Wizards are in the early stages of finding a new general manager to replace Tommy Sheppard.
The Wizards have had initial conversations with Milt Newton and Trajan Langdon.
Newton is currently assistant general manager of the Milwaukee Bucks, while Langdon is general manager of the New Orleans Pelicans.
Ted Leonsis remains in the information-gathering stage of the process.
