Mavericks To Convert Brandon Williams From Two-Way To Standard NBA Contract

The Dallas Mavericks will convert Brandon Williams from his Two-Way contract to a standard two-year NBA deal. Williams is averaging 8.3 points, 2.4 assists, 51.1% shooting, 37.9 percent on three-pointers in 15 minutes a game this season.

The Mavericks have had to hold onto their final roster spot because they are hard capped at the first apron.

Williams went undrafted in 2021 out of Arizona and spent his rookie season in 21-22 with the Portland Trail Blazers. Williams was also no the Mavericks in 23-24 when he appeared in 17 games.
