Memphis Grizzlies general manager Zach Kleiman met with the media to briefly discuss the firing of head coach Taylor Jenkins. Despite speaking of urgency, the Grizzlies GM said the team is being realistic about how much can change with only two weeks to go in the regular season.

“There’s realistic expectations. There’s not going to be time to install a bunch of things this time of year,” Kleiman said. “My expectations are clarity of direction and we’ll see what we can do. We’ll see what we can execute.”
