LeBron James became the first player in NBA history to score a total of 50,000 combined points in the regular season and playoffs on Tuesday.
James achieved the feat in the first quarter of the Lakers’ win over the Pelicans.
James, who was named the Player of the Month for February, finished the game with 34 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists.
James is the league’s all-time leader in total points for both the regular season and the playoffs.
Since turning 40 years old, James is averaging 29.3 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 6.9 assists.
