Los Angeles Lakers forward Brandon Ingram will be out for at least one week after an MRI revealed a left groin strain. Ingram, 20, suffered the injury in last Thursday’s game against the Miami Heat and underwent an MRI at UCLA Health on Sunday. The Lakers then face Cleveland at home on Sunday.
