KJ Martin and the Philadelphia 76ers have agree to a two-year, $16 million deal.
The Sixers has the ability to exceed the cap to re-sign Martin as they held his Bird rights with a low cap hold. With this signing, the Sixers are at the first apron, but comfortably below the second apron.
