Goran Dragic let 3-pointer after 3-pointer fly, and his career night from behind the arc was just what the Miami Heat needed to keep a most improbable winning streak going. Dragic scored 33 points and hit a career-high seven 3s to lead the Heat to their 11th straight victory, 115-113 over the Timberwolves on Monday night. Hassan Whiteside had 19 points and 13 rebounds, and the Heat shot 53.6 percent (15 for 28) from 3-point range.

Paul George continues to seek a four-year deal whether from the Los Angeles Clippers or another team he can join as a free agent or via an opt-in-and-trade, sources tell Marc Stein. George turned 34 in May.

The Clippers previously signed Kawhi Leonard to a three-year, $152 million extension, which indicated the preference of the franchise.

Most around the league believe the preference of George is to remain with the Clippers. George is from the Los Angeles area and was traded to the Clippers from the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2019.

George is represented by Aaron Mintz.
