Jonathan Kuminga Prepared To ‘Bet On Himself’ In Hopes Of Max ContractJonathan Kuminga Prepared To ‘Bet On Himself’ In Hopes Of Max Contract

Jonathan Kuminga and the Golden State Warriors appear unlikely to agree to a contract extension ahead of the Monday, October 21 deadline. Kuminga, who is represented by agent Aaron Turner, is believed to be comfortable becoming a restricted free agent in 2025.

Kuminga appeared in 74 games last season, averaging 16.1 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 26.3 minutes. Kuminga was the seventh overall pick in the 2021 NBA draft out of the G League Ignite.
