Kevin Durant has been upgraded to available for the United States Olympics opener against Serbia. Durant has been dealing with a calf strain since joining Team USA earlier this month.
The United States opens Group C play against Serbia. Team USA is the heavy favorite to bring home the gold medal, but has been without Durant, who was expected to start, throughout the leadup to the Olympics.
