Cavs’ All-Star Love sidelined with left knee injury (Sports Betting News)

Cavaliers forward Kevin Love’s sore left knee will sideline him for at least one game and could keep him out of the All-Star game. The Cavs said Love, who recently missed several games with back spasms, will undergo further treatment and evaluation in the next few days. After visiting the Timberwolves, the Cavs will host Indiana on Wednesday night in the final game before the All-Star break.

Udoka has one year of head coaching experience, as he led the Boston Celtics to the 2022 NBA Finals. Udoka was then suspended by the Celtics shortly before the start of this season, due to inappropriate workplace behavior. Boston and Udoka have since fully parted ways.

Udoka and Toronto president Masai Ujiri have an existing relationship from the work they’ve done through basketball throughout Africa. Ujiri offered praise for Udoka in the past when he was an assistant coach interviewing for head coach opportunities.
