Forward Michael Ruffin signed with the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday after playing the last three seasons with the Washington Wizards. Ruffin, a 30-year-old free agent, has spent seven years in the NBA. He also has played with the Utah Jazz and was drafted in the second round by Chicago in 1999.
