The Dallas Mavericks have agreed to acquire Grant Williams in a three-way sign-and-trade with the Boston Celtics and San Antonio Spurs. Williams gives the Mavericks a young, versatile 3-and-D forward.

The Mavericks will send Reggie Bullock and an unprotected first round pick swap in 2030 to the Spurs.

The Celtics will receive two second round picks and a $6.2 million trade exception. Dallas will also receive two second round picks.

San Antonio, meanwhile, gets itself to the salary floor by acquiring Bullock.
