Blazers Have Had No Meaningful Trade Talks For Damian Lillard

The Portland Trail Blazers haven’t had meaningful conversations regarding a Damian Lillard trade in a while, according to Zach Lowe of ESPN. In the most recent episode of The Lowe Post podcast, Lowe indicated there’s nothing happening on a Lillard trade.

“I’ve heard there’s been nothing, I mean, like no meaningful dialogue at all,” Lowe said.

Lowe, and podcast guest Bobby Marks of ESPN, both agreed that there’s been very little traction on a Lillard trade. That includes conversations with the Miami Heat, and other teams. Marks said he thinks Lillard would need to make things uncomfortable for trade talks to pick up ahead of training camp. However, Marks said he doesn’t think Lillard will do that.
