2023 NBA All-Star Game Hits Record-Low, Down 27 Percent From 2022

The 2023 NBA All-Star Game was the least watched in league history with a combined 2.2 rating and 4.59 million viewers across TNT and TBS.

The previous lows were a 3.1 (2021 and 2022) and around six million viewers (2021).

Ratings declined 29% and viewership 27% from last year’s All-Star Game (3.1, 6.28M).

Stephen Curry missed the game entirely, while LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo exited early due to injury.

The game was marred by a lack of defense and general apathy from most players.

The MLB All-Star Game averaged 7.51 million viewers last year.
