Braves put LHP James on 15-day DL

Left-hander Chuck James went on the 15-day disabled list Tuesday with tightness in the back of his pitching shoulder, meaning he will miss at least one start for the Atlanta Braves. James originally was scheduled to start Tuesday against the Cincinnati Reds. Instead, the Braves called up left-hander Jo-Jo Reyes from Triple-A Richmond to take his place.

Rodriguez blew another save for John Lackey in the ninth inning, giving up a tying home run to Ryan Garko. But Kendry Morales lined a single past a drawn-in infield in the 10th, helping the Angels beat the Cleveland Indians 3-2 on Friday night.
