Rebellion swept to a one-length victory over Giant Basil on Thursday in the $76,500 Steinlen Stakes on the turf at Belmont Park. Rebellion, ridden by Ramon Dominguez for trainer Graham Motion, ran the seven furlongs over the firm course in 1:22.51. The 4-year-old bred in England posted his third straight win and improved his overall record to 5-for-12.
