Churchill Downs settles suit over simulcasting rights with TVG

Churchill Downs and its simulcasting partner, Television Games Network, settled a lawsuit stemming from overseas broadcast rights for the racetrack company. Under the agreement, TVG promised to stop assigning broadcast rights for Churchill-owned tracks to a third party. In exchange, Churchill Downs has dropped the lawsuit.
