Bryson DeChambeau didn’t take long to adapt to golf in Germany. DeChambeau rebounded from 51st place in last week’s Open Championship at Carnoustie to take the first-round lead in the $2.3 million Porsche European Open in Hamburg. DeChambeau, winner of this year’s Memorial Tournament, recorded seven birdies and dropped just one shot. A bogey at the third set him back, but he rattled off two straight birdies before adding another at the ninth.
