Tom Thibodeau ‘Certainty’ To Sign Contract Extension Worth At Least $10M Per Season

Tom Thibodeau is a “virtual certainty” to sign a contract extension with the New York Knicks for at least $10 million a season, league sources told Marc Stein of The Stein Line.

Thibodeau currently has one year remaining on a five-year deal. The Knicks hired Thibodeau before the 20-21 season.

Thibodeau has stated his preference of staying with the Knicks.

The way the leg buckled without contact, coupled with the grimace on Parker’s face, made it clear that this was much more than a minor injury the Milwaukee Bucks star could brush off. Parker suffered a season-ending left knee injury for the second time in three years, the Bucks said Thursday.
