NBA teams are busy preparing for the 2024 NBA Draft, but that hasn’t stopped them from early preparations for the 2025 NBA Draft too. The 2025 class is expected to be a deep one. Several potential one-and-done college players and international prospects are atop the rankings.

Cooper Flagg of Montverde Academy is the projected first overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft. Flagg will attend Duke University next season. Flagg is a 6-foot-9 combo forward. He reclassified to enroll at Duke a year early.

Airious “Ace” Bailey of McEachern High School is the projected second overall pick. Bailey will attend Rutgers University in the fall. Bailey has great size at the wing position, as he’s listed at 6-foot-10.

Walker spent the preseason with the Boston Celtics where he averaged 7.2 points, 1.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 16.4 minutes. The Celtics have interest in signing Walker depending on whether they can create some roster flexibility. Boston tried to retain Walker ahead of opening night, but that required a trade of Jaden Springer that never materialized.

Last season, Walker averaged 9.7 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 17.4 minutes over 58 games with the Brooklyn Nets.

Walker recently signed with Zalgiris in Lithuania and has an NBA out until February 18th.
