It might not be just Zach LaVine who the Chicago Bulls are exploring the trade market for. The Bulls and DeMar DeRozan could eventually reach an agreement to look at trades, as well.
DeRozan and Chicago remain far apart in extensions talks. DeRozan is on the final year of the three-year deal he signed with the Bulls as part of a sign-and-trade from the San Antonio Spurs in the summer of 2021. DeRozan and Chicago are said to be far apart on both years and dollars in a possible extension.
As the Bulls look to reset their roster and salary sheet, it’s possible a DeRozan trade could be in the works. DeRozan is reportedly “keep an eye on” where Chicago goes in LaVine trade discussions.
