The shocking deal, which sent Randall to Cleveland in exchange for quarterback DeShone Kizer, will free up under $1 million in cap space for the Packers in 2018. A first-round pick in 2015, Randall was about to enter the final year of his rookie deal in 2018 – although the Browns now have the ability to pick up his fifth-year option and keep him under contract through 2019.
