Trying to cover the fastest receiver on your team’s roster probably isn’t the best idea if you’re a 30-year-old corner coming off a serious injury, but that’s exactly what Richard Sherman tried to do on Sunday, and let’s just day, things didn’t work out so well for him.   During the one-on-one portion of practice, Sherman had to go up against 49ers speedster Marquise Goodwin, and as you’ll see below, putting a world-class sprinter (Goodwin) up against a guy who tore his Achilles eight months ago (Sherman) is basically the recipe for a defensive disaster.  Goodwin made one move off the line of scrimmage and then blew past Sherman for a big gain.  If you’re wondering how fast Goodwin is, he was
