Pontus Aberg’s first career postseason goal lifted the Nashville Predators to a 3-1 win in Game 5 of the Western Conference Final Saturday night against the Ducks in Anaheim. The Predators are now one win away from reaching the Stanley Cup Final for the first time in franchise history. Anaheim jumped out to a 1-0 lead 7:14 into the second period.
