The Bruins moved up the start time of Saturday’s home game against the Philadelphia Flyers by three hours to avoid a conflict with Game 3 of the World Series between the Boston Red Sox and Colorado Rockies. The Bruins and Flyers were originally scheduled to play at 7 p.m., 90 minutes before the World Series game was slated to start in Denver.

The St. Louis Blues finally put an end to their struggles at The Honda Center. Patrik Berglund’s second goal of the game, 51 seconds into overtime, lifted the Blues to a 2-1 victory over the Anaheim Ducks on Sunday night. It was St. Louis’ first win in 11 visits to Anaheim.
