Gotta Have Her wins Harold C. Ramser Handicap at Santa Anita

Gotta Have Her raced to her first stakes victory Sunday, winning the $110,000 Harold C. Ramser Sr. Handicap for 3-year-old fillies at Santa Anita’s Oak Tree meeting. Ridden by Richard Migliore, Gotta Have Her held off Silky Smooth by three-quarters of a length while covering a mile on the turf in 1:34.16.
