The New York Knicks have signed Jacob Toppin to a Two-Way contract. Toppin was previously signed by the Knicks to a Two-Way deal in March.

Toppin spent last season with the New York Knicks appearing in nine games where he averaged 1.4 points on 55.6-percent shooting and 0.8 rebounds over 4.2 minutes. He also averaged 19.8 points on 48.8-percent shooting, 8.5 rebounds and 2.7 assists over 36.7 minutes in 25 games (all starts) for the Westchester Knicks last season.

Toppin is represented by Mitch Nathan, Austin Brown andSam Rose.

The Utah Jazz and veteran guard Patty Mills have agreed to a one-year, $3.3 million contract. This is a veteran minimum deal for Mills and will reportedly be fully guaranteed and will see Mills reunite with Will Hardy. Mills and Hardy both spent time together with the San Antonio Spurs, when the Jazz coach was an assistant under Gregg Popovich.

Mills spent last season with the Atlanta Hawks and Miami Heat. In 13 games with Miami, Mills averaged 5.6 points in 16.4 minutes per game.

The veteran scoring guard once again excelled for the Australian national team this summer. In four games at the 2024 Olympics, Mills averaged 16.5 points and his 41% of his 5.5 three-point attempts per game.

The NBA released the standings and the schedule for the 2024 Emirates NBA Cup, with group stage games scheduled from November 12-December 3.

Group stage games will take place on Tuesdays and Fridays. Each team will play four games in the group stages.

TNT, ESPN, and NBA TV will televise 17 group stage games.
