Kyle Anderson and the Golden State Warriors have agreed to a three-year, $27 million sign-and-trade. The Warriors are sending a future second round pick swap and cash to the Minnesota Timberwolves as part of the deal. The Warriors will use the Traded Pick Exception from their trade of Klay Thompson to the Dallas Mavericks to acquire Anderson.

Anderson spent the past two seasons with the Wolves on a two-year, $18 million deal. Anderson was previously on a four-year, $37.2 million deal with the Memphis Grizzlies.

In 79 games last season, Anderson averaged 6.4 points, 3.5 points and 4.2 assists in 22.6 minutes.

Anderson is represented by Thaddeus Foucher.

Jonathan Isaac and the Orlando Magic have agreed to a five-year, $84 million renegotiate-and-extend contract. Isaac had one season remaining on his four-year, $69.6 million extension signed in 2020.

Isaac missed the 20-21 and 21-22 seasons due to injury while returning at the end of the 22-23 season. In 58 games last season, Isaac averaged 6.8 points and 4.5 rebounds in 15.8 minutes. Isaac is widely considered one of the NBA’s best defensive players.

Donovan Mitchell and the Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to a three-year, $150.3 million maximum contract extension. Mitchell will hold a player option for the 27-28 season. Mitchell now has $185 million over four seasons in guaranteed money. Mitchell will have the opportunity to pursue a five-year extension in 2027 worth more than $380 million when he will have accrued 10 years of service.

Mitchell’s future was believed to be uncertain for large stretches of the 23-24 season, but he was expected to commit to an extension following the dismissal of J.B. Bickerstaff as head coach. Mitchell could have come a free agent in 2025 without an extension.

Cleveland acquired Mitchell from the Utah Jazz in 2022 for a number of future first round picks, Lauri Markkanen and Collin Sexton.

Mitcehll is represented by Ty Sullivan and Austin Brown of CAA. The deal was agreed upon on Saturday, but the sides waited until Tuesday morning to reveal it to the media.
