The Memphis Grizzlies are signing Jaylen Nowell to a second 10-day contract, sources told Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
The NBA awarded the team an additional hardship exception that allowed them to re-sign Nowell.
The Grizzlies added both Nowell and Shaq Harrison via the hardship exception last month.
Kristaps Porzingis will miss the Boston Celtics’ In-Season Tournament matchup against the Indiana Pacers on Monday with a calf injury, the team announced.
Porzingis suffered the injury in late November.
Porzingis is averaging 18.9 points and 6.7 rebounds on the season.
Davon Reed is set to join the Memphis Hustle in the G League, sources told Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.
Reed appeared in 43 games for the Nuggets and Lakers last season.
