The Buffalo Bills will not retain Kathryn Smith, the first full-time female assistant coach in the NFL. Smith is one of 14 assistants who will not remain on new coach Sean McDermott’s staff, the Bills announced on Tuesday. McDermott was hired on Jan. 11 to replace Ryan, who was fired prior to the Bills’ season finale.

Kirk Hinrich can run an offense, play gritty defense and has plenty of postseason experience. Everything the Cavaliers are looking for. Koepka’s first PGA TOUR victory came at the 2015 Waste Management Phoenix Open. In November, he was runner-up in the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open and won the Dunlop Phoenix in Japan. FRIDAY Justin Thomas (1), Adam Hadwin (13), Phil Mickelson (59): The two newest members of the 59 Club are paired with the local favorite, who was millimeters from breaking 60 at this event in 2013. Thomas already has three wins this season; this is his first start since he won back-to-back events at the SBS Tournament of Champions and Sony Open in Hawaii, where he shot a first-round 59 en route to the lowest 72-hole score in PGA TOUR history (253). Hadwin shot 59 in the third round of the CareerBuilder Challenge en route to a runner-up finish. Mickelson lipped out a putt for 59 here four years ago; he went on to claim his third victory at TPC Scottsdale. He also won the Phoenix Open in 1996 and 2005.
