The Mariners overhauled their coaching staff Monday, hiring Mel Stottlemyre, Jim Riggleman and Norm Charlton. Stottlemyre, a former pitching coach with the Yankees and Mets, took the same position in Seattle. Riggleman, an ex-manager in the majors, will be the bench coach.
