Charges were dismissed Monday against two former racing officials accused of falsely reporting the weight of prominent jockeys in 2004. The case against Mario Sclafani and former star jockey Braulio Baeza was based on faulty evidence, Saratoga County Court Judge Jerry Scarano ruled. Corliss Williamson is set to retire from the NBA and become an assistant coach at Arkansas Baptist College, the school’s athletic director said Tuesday.
